At Dictionary Art Print, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We carefully prepare and package our vintage dictionary art prints, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary returns policy:

• Your artwork must be in its original condition, without damage caused after delivery.

• Prints should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

To arrange a return, email info@dictionaryartprint.co.uk with your order number.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind.

This applies to individual prints and print sets, including products originally purchased with free delivery.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as customers are responsible for ensuring that change-of-mind returns reach us.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will meet any return shipping costs that we are legally required to cover.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email info@dictionaryartprint.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the problem.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our voluntary 30-day returns policy.

4. UK Cancellation Rights

For eligible UK online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Once you notify us of cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.

Customers pay direct return postage costs for change-of-mind cancellations.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional charges for premium delivery options are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

5. Personalised Artwork

Artwork made specifically to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Choosing an existing artwork design or standard print size does not automatically make an item personalised.

Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products remain unaffected.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the artwork and notify you about your refund.

For returns covered by statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

For returns accepted under our additional 30-day returns policy, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Any reduction in refund value for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will only be made where legally permitted.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

7. Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted artwork is eligible for returns under the same conditions as regularly priced products.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. International Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions above.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described and applicable law requires us to cover those costs.

Any additional consumer rights under applicable local laws remain unaffected.
