At Dictionary Art Print, we carefully prepare and package our vintage dictionary art prints to ensure they arrive safely. We offer worldwide delivery from the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Costs

Free UK Shipping

All orders delivered within the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value.

Free Worldwide Shipping on Print Sets

All dictionary art print sets qualify for free worldwide shipping, regardless of order value.

Individual Prints — International Shipping

Europe: £3.60 for orders below £15.

USA, Canada and other international destinations: £4.50 for orders below £15.

Orders of £15 or more: Free worldwide shipping automatically applies.

Shipping is available to the countries supported at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided during checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders on the same or next working day after payment is received.

Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and other suitable delivery services.

Our estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Depending on the destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout or prepaid by us, customers may be responsible for paying them to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider.

Any taxes, duties or shipping charges collected at checkout will be shown before the order is placed.

5. Packaging

Our dictionary art prints are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

As our artwork is created using genuine vintage dictionary pages, natural differences in paper colour, typography and texture are part of each print's unique character.

Frames are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

6. Delivery Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the delivery service selected or used for your order.

Where tracking is provided, the relevant tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please email us with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery and work with you to resolve the issue.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the packaging and artwork are helpful when resolving delivery problems.

We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy.

Customers are responsible for return postage when returning items because they have changed their mind, subject to applicable consumer rights.
